Check-in service in our hotel starts at 13:00. In case of an early arrival, we advise you to agree this beforehand with administrator and make some additional payment afterwards. We can provide early arrival for you only if the room you have reserved is free. The cost for early arrival is the following: accommodation made 6 hours earlier before the check-in time requires 25 % of the general cost of the room per night; if you want to be accommodated in our hotel 12 hours earlier before the check-in time, you have to pay half of the general cost of the room per night; if you come 18 hours earlier before the check-in time, you have to pay 100 % of the general cost of the room per night. Additionally, you have to pay 1% of a tourism tax according to the Resolution №96 of Lviv City Council from 30.12.2010.
You may pay for the services you booked by cash or with the help of banking transaction. Moreover, we accept credit cards of such brands as “Visa” and “MasterCard”.
Accommodating procedures are made at the reception within 24 hours. The administrators can speak Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and English.
